At St. Augustine Youth Services, we're more than just a group of employees - we're a family. A family that cares deeply about the youth of Northeast Florida. Our staff of approximately 100 dedicated individuals work to provide a safe, nurturing environment for our children.

Are You Ready to Make a Difference?
To join our team, you must meet the following criteria:
Be at least 21 years of age
Be a high school graduate
Have a valid, clean Florida driver’s license
Pass a criminal background screening and drug test
Have at least 2 years of experience working with children
For clinical positions, applicants must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or a related field, and be eligible for licensure by the State of Florida.
