Together, We Can Transform Lives
Volunteering with SAYS means your time is directly contributing to help nurture hope and resilience in our youth. Your commitment can light up new possibilities, transforming lives and creating a brighter future for the children who lean on our support. With your help, we can create waves of change through our community, one child at a time.
Through the volunteer process, we are here to support you every step of the way, with intensive training to help you understand and prepare for your role and responsibilities, and ongoing support to address any concerns you may have.
Be Part of the Community
Whether it's mentoring and tutoring our residential kids, or assisting with administrative and fundraising tasks, there are numerous ways to get involved with SAYS.
Direct Support: Engage in youth activities, sponsor our bi-weekly youth and parent support groups, or sponsor awards ceremonies for our community program parents.
Clerical/Office Opportunities: Assist with filing, mailings, and other administrative tasks.
Group Service Opportunities: Help maintain our campus, from weeding and mulching our play area to pressure washing buildings and sidewalks.
Join Us in Our Events
Join us in our exciting events such as the Tradewinds Auction, Santa Suits on the Loose 5K Run, or Wildwood Fishing Tournament. Your participation will not only bring joy to our children but also further our mission to create a brighter future for our youth.
Please note that volunteer opportunities with our residential children require an application process (with possible background check) and a 1-year commitment.
